After seeing some amazing aerial footage from Le Tour Yorkshire I discovered some new places that I never really new much about until I’d spotted them on the TV coverage. I noticed a series of nice reservoirs near Holmfirth and another larger series along the A628 from Sheffield to Manchester. The weather wasn’t ideal when I got their but I still took a couple of shots for reference, I plan on going back here at night later in the year to do some astrophotography work and experimentation as it’s a fairly secluded location and shouldn’t suffer from too much light pollution.
