I got a chance to photograph something a little different the other day. This is a project that me and my good friend are working on, we were looking for something which would be cheap and fun and this particular vehicle came up at a very good price so it just had to be bought. I’ve never really done any off-roading or photographed that type of discipline before but it turned out to be really rewarding. I never really appreciated off-roading and the technical skill required to drive across different terrains, albeit at low speeds but it’s still very enjoyable and interesting to experiment with photographically.
Here are a couple of my favourite shots from the evening. The location is near Yeadon at the Bomb Holes as they are known which is actually a pretty common place to bring 4×4’s and off-road vehicles to practice with and have a little fun without too much risk.
