I really fancied a walk in the Yorkshire Dales this particular day. So I scouted around on Google Maps to see if I could pick out an area that had potential photographic qualities.
Having spent a fair amount of time in the Yorkshire Dales as a kid I wanted to check out an area I’d not been to before. I saw a couple of small looking reservoirs near Appletreewick and decided it would be a decent walk to go from the lower reservoir to the upper one.
The aforementioned reservoirs were Lower and Upper Barden waters, only relatively small but still offered picturesque scenes.
